My stay at this hotel was mostly positive, with a spacious room that had a lovely view from the private balcony. The staff was friendly and went above and beyond, although the service could sometimes be a bit slow. The location was fantastic, making it easy to explore the area by foot, but the breakfast could use some improvement. Overall, it was good value for money, but there are definitely areas to enhance.

I was on the fourth floor overlooking the main road, and the room was spacious enough for the two of us. The sitting area was huge, plus we had a furnished private balcony with a chaise lounge, which was a nice touch.
Service
7.0
The staff were generally pleasant and very helpful. They assisted with calling taxis and recommending restaurants, but it took about 10 minutes for the clerk to appear at one point.
Location
10.0
The location was great—very close to the train station, making it easy for me to get to the airport without needing a taxi. Plus, all the major sights were within walking distance.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was sufficient to get you started for the day, but I found the options a bit limited. The coffee from the machine was excellent, but the cold eggs and dry bread didn't meet my expectations.
Facilities

While I didn't use many facilities, everything seemed clean and well-maintained.

I had a pleasant stay at this hotel, located conveniently in the city center. The rooms, while basic and a bit in need of a refresh, still felt charming and fitting for the building's age. The staff was genuinely friendly and super helpful during my visit. However, the breakfast could use an upgrade with more savory options. Overall, it was a decent value for money.

Rooms

The rooms were pretty basic and could use a lick of paint, but they felt strangely in keeping with the age of the building.
Service

The front desk staff were very helpful, assisting with taxi bookings and providing excellent restaurant recommendations.
Location
8.0
The location was great, allowing us to walk to all the major attractions, although it was about a 30-minute walk to places like the Colosseum.
Dining
6.0
While the breakfast was served in a lovely inside courtyard, it leaned too much toward sweet options and was understaffed, which slowed down the service.
Facilities
7.0
There weren't many special facilities, but the overall atmosphere of the hotel was nice.

The hotel offers clean and spacious accommodations, perfect for families, with a great location that lets you easily explore the sights. The staff members were friendly and helpful, but the service could improve, particularly with the bag handling. Overall, it's a solid choice for a family stay, though the dining options might need some enhancement to fully satisfy everyone.

Rooms

I found the rooms to be clean, spacious, and comfortable. We had a triple room with a queen-sized bed and a pull-out sofa, which gave us plenty of room to move around and keep our bags without bumping into each other.
Service
7.0
The staff was friendly and professional, which made our stay pleasant. However, I did notice that some could use a bit more training, as one of the staff members had difficulty assisting with our bags up two flights of stairs.
Location
10.0
The location was excellent, allowing us to walk to all the major attractions without needing to rely on public transport. It really made sight-seeing in Rome so convenient!
Dining
5.0
The dining experience could have been better. Breakfast options were good but repetitive, as I had cold bacon and eggs three days in a row. They could definitely use more variety to improve satisfaction.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel’s amenities were decent, but nothing stood out as exceptional. I would say it's average with room for improvement.

I had a lovely stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, making it easy to walk to all the famous attractions in the area. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, though they have a slightly dated charm. On the downside, the breakfast wasn’t the best, but overall, it's a good value for money considering everything it offers.
